Join SORCE and help us advocate for the needs of riders in Surrey, BC. More members gives us more sway to get you more and better riding options.
Come ride one of the SORCE bike parks located in Surrey. They are each hidden treasures with many trails to meet different riding styles and skill levels.
Help SORCE build and maintain our sanctioned trail network in co-operation with the City of Surrey. You will be shaping the future of riding in Surrey, BC!
Sign your kids up for one of our bike camps. They will learn useful riding skills while having a great time and getting exercise out in the fresh air.

SORCE will be holding its 2009 Annual General Meeting Tuesday November 17, at 7:00pm at The South Surrey Arena meeting room.
Everyone that attends will receive a SORCE lanyard, just for attending. As well, everyone that attends is entered in a draw to win a set of Race Face Atlas (or Deus) Cranks with E Type Bottom Bracket as well as lots of other SWAG prizes. If you attended a trail day this year you can enter a second time for all prizes.
We need to elect a new executive team for 2010. New Executive members would be greatly appreciated and bring new ideas and new blood to the club.

Another year has passed and another AGM is in the books.
The big news is that Jim has finally convinced someone else to take over as President! It took him years of threats and complaining, but he eventually convinced Garvey to take the lead role. The members of the new executive can be found here.
This will mean some changes to the focus of the club, so now more than ever, we need input and help with moving the club forward.

Our 7th Annual General Meeting was well attended by over 20 club members. SORCE has earmarked $3000 to help support the SPOKE High School Race series to promote grass roots cycling. In addition, $5000 has been reserved to contribute to the Bike Park Completion Project which includes a huge skills area, picnic shelter, bike wash, storage, and improved entry point signage and maps. All members (or other interested cyclists) are encouraged to attend the SORCE Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 23. The meeting will be held upstairs at the South Surrey Arena Meeting Room (MP3) at 7:30. The main purpose of this meeting is to elect a club executive and do general planning for 2008. Only current 2007 members have a vote. Swag draws and free refreshments available!
