The SORCE AGM took place on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Central City Brewers & Distillers brewery tasting room - THANK YOU to Central City for hosting us. We had a great turnout and enjoyed some beverages, snacks and socializing, as well as observing the procedures of the meeting as follows;

Special resolution to update SORCE's purpose - our Constitution

Electing officers for the coming year by following our new procedures enacted in our by-law updates in 2018. All officers are elected as "Director at Large", then elected into their portfolio at the first Executive meeting. Mike Dolling remains as President for another year as he was elected for a 2 year term. Welcome two new members to the executive, Carolyn Kavanagh and Vince Penner!
